Shipping Policy
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES apply for orders within North America.
International Shipping rates can be provided upon request. Please email admin@jeodart.com for inquiries.
Jeodart is located in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. For Local Pickup orders, enter code "LOCAL" during checkout for a locals discount of 10%.
Please note that the artwork can range anywhere from 1-30+ lbs in weight.
Shipping Times: Will be subject to the timeframe of logistics/shipping company used. ALL orders are sent out with tracking information so you can have an up-to-date timeframe of your package arrival.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow 2-7 business days for items to be packaged and shipped. Some items may take longer as additional packaging needs may be required.
All packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for any of these costs incurred. Please visit your local customs authorities website for more information.
JēōdArt is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit as we are no longer handling the product once it has been shipped. All items are insured, if damages do occur please take pictures of the damaged item, so a claim can be made. Once the claim amount has been received, a new product can be made and re-shipped. Please note that this process can take upwards of 1-3 months to resolve.
Please be sure that all address information provided is CORRECT. Shipments that are not deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information is not the responsibility of JēōdArt. If package is non-deliverable to address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.
If a package needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for paying the associated return fees. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, customer must re-order a new item.
